brainstorming the project they would like to bring to life.
Clients may work alongside the in-house design team at Avant-Garde
Contracting Group or we will work with your design team.
Plan + Ideate.
Once a basis design, budget and timeline are all agreed upon.
Construction drawings will be produced.
Avant-Garde Contracting Group will produce a thoroughly detailed
schedule based on the construction drawings and the initial agreed upon
deadline.
Then all construction drawings will be submitted to any/all
governing city agencies as required.
Build.
Boots on the ground – Avant-Garde Contracting Group will start building the project as per the design and construction drawings.
You will received daily updates, along with milestone accomplishments which effect the schedule.
Clients can expect full and complete transparency day to day from the Avant-Garde Contracting Group team whether it be budget, subcontractor costs, timeline, etc..
